The fourth Jalview and JABA residential workshop will take place at the Medical Sciences Teaching Centre at the University of Oxford on the 12th and 13th December 2013.

The workshop takes place over two days, and begins with a hands-on Jalview training course and evening dinner at St Catherine’s College. The second day covers advanced Jalview topics for users and developers. It also includes a Jalview ‘Clinic’, which provides an opportunity for you to work with the Jalview and JABA team and other delegates to solve your own analysis problems.

Registration costs £35. This covers lunch and refreshments on both days, and dinner at St Catherine’s College on the evening of the 12th December.

Bed and breakfast accommodation at St Catherine’s college is available at a significantly reduced rate for delegates traveling from outside of Oxford. Registration closed for this course on 4th December 2013.
