Jalview’s newest member Ben Soares visited St Columba’s RC Primary School in Cupar on Tuesday 2nd April. Ben spoke to around fifty 8-9-year-olds in the P4 and P4/5 classes about computers, coding and computational biology. Ben fired up Jalview to compare a Tyrannosaurus Rex protein in the PDB with those from other species.
